All raffle ticket purchases are final. Once payment is confirmed, tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.
If a raffle is cancelled for any reason, full refunds will be issued to all participants via EFT within 5–7 business days.
Duplicate charges or technical errors will be investigated. Verified errors will be refunded promptly.
Tickets for completed raffles are non‑refundable.
Lost or misplaced tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
Failure to provide correct personal or banking details does not qualify for a refund.
