How do I buy a raffle ticket?
Simply select the raffle you’d like to enter, choose the number of tickets, and proceed through checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your entry is automatically recorded.
Can I buy more than one ticket?
Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets for each raffle. The more tickets you buy, the higher your chances of winning.
Do I need an account to participate?
No, you don’t need an account to purchase tickets — guest checkout is available for quick and easy entry. However, we recommend creating an account so you can track your tickets, view past raffles, and receive winner updates directly. Having an account also makes prize verification and EFT payouts faster and more secure.
Winners & Draws
How are winners selected?
Winners are chosen randomly through a secure draw system. Each ticket has an equal chance of winning.
How will I know if I’ve won?
Winners are announced on our Winners & Announcements page. You will also be notified via email or mobile when you produce your mobile number at checkout.
What happens if I win?
We’ll contact you directly to arrange prize payment. You may need to provide proof of identity so heads up!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via Payfast so all the major payment methods are available for you for your convenience.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Refunds are only available if a raffle is cancelled. Otherwise, all ticket sales are final.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No, tickets are non‑transferable and linked to the account holder who purchased them.
